The new STATE RECORD BROOK TROUT was recently caught on Mousam Lake in Shapleigh Maine! Pat Coan of Waterboro, latched onto the biggest brook trout caught in the state on Thursday January 7, 2010. 9 lb 2 oz !! Congratulations Pat! We will post a picture on Lakeside Sport and Marine's, Facebook page

Ice Fishing on Mousam, Square, Wilson, Horn, Rock Haven, Loon, Goose, Pine Springs, Sherburne, Ossipee Lakes to name a few.
We have a great selection of live bait, suckers, smelt, small, medium and large shiners!
Swedish pimples, ice traps, minnow traps, augers, scoops, cleats, sunglasses for those bright days;) boots, waders, warm clothing. Sleds, used items as well. Also carrying, cortland braided line, jig poles, hooks and pack baskets.

Ice fishing consists of walking on a frozen body of water, drilling a hole through the ice and literally fishing through the hole. Of course, there is a lot more to it than this, including having the correct ice fishing gear, but you get the picture. Stop in the shop and get your supplies!
We have a full time mechanic that works on anything that burps gas. Ice augers, chainsaws, snowmobiles, 4 wheelers, all small engines and boats and we can order any accessories too.
